Repairs and Guarantees
Repairs
When requesting assistance, always include the following in your email:
- Date of purchase and invoice number
- Ocenav model
- Multiplexer firmware version (appears in the WiFi configuration manual) on our website / support / manuals.
- A clear and concise description of the problem, including the connected equipment at each input and output.
- A capture of the data with OpenCPN or another program that captures data (log) from appr. 1 min
- A screen print of the current configuration or a configuration file.
- If you need to change the battery of the remote control, specify it in the email.
- The support only covers technical problems directly related to the multiplexer. If you have doubts about the compatibility with your equipment, go to your installer or contact us before the purchase.
Guarantees
All our products have a 2 year warranty.
- At Ocenav we guarantee that our products, when installed and used correctly, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the first purchase.
- For purposes of this Warranty, "date of first purchase" means the date the product was first purchased by the first retail customer
- Ocenav, in its sole discretion, will repair or replace with new or refurbished parts or products, or equivalent products, any verified defective product or component returned to Ocenav or its authorized dealer / point of sale during the Warranty Period in accordance with the terms, conditions and limitations established in the Ocenav Guarantee Policy
