OCENAV will not ship any products until the Administration Department has verified that the payment has been made.
• The delivery will be considered made at the time the carrier has delivered the package or packages to the customer and he has signed the delivery receipt document. -OCENAV will not accept returns if the product packaging is not the original and they are not in perfect condition. The original packaging must be protected in such a way that it is received in perfect condition, being prohibited the use of seals and adhesive tapes that could damage the product.
-All products must be returned unopened and with all sealed elements intact.
-All returns must be authorized by Ocenav. For this, the client must request to Ocenav by email to firstname.lastname@example.org a return authorization number (RMA number) indicating the reason for the return and the invoice or order number.
-Ocenav will offer you the possibility of managing the collection of the material to be returned, see the shipping price of the material to be returned when you request your authorization number.
-The customer undertakes to return the products properly packaged so that they do not suffer damage during transport. Ocenav will not cover possible damage to a return shipment made by a customer.
Ocenav products have a 2 year warranty, presenting their invoice. Ocenav will not be responsible for the shipping and customs of the product under repair.
