GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS
These General Conditions of Contract (hereinafter General Conditions) will regulate the commercial relationship that arises between OCENAV and the user or client for the contracting made through the forms that OCENAV makes available on its website www.ocenav.com.
The contracting through the web sites of OCENAV will imply the express acceptance, by the client or user of the pages, of these conditions, as well as of the conditions of use established for the navigation of the user by the pages owned by OCENAV.
These conditions will be applicable without prejudice to the application of the legal regulations on the subject that are applicable for each case.
These General Conditions are subject to the provisions of Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contracting Conditions, to Law 26/1984, of July 19, General for the Defense of Consumers and Users, to Royal Decree 1906/1999, of December 17, 1999, by which the Telephone or Electronic Contracting is regulated with general conditions, the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, of Protection of Personal Data, Law 7 / 1996, of January 15 of Retail Trade Regulation, and Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.
OCENAV reserves the right to make the modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, in the General Conditions. Said modifications may be made, through its website, by any admissible form in law and shall be binding during the time they are published on the web and until they are validly modified by subsequent ones. However, OCENAV reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Specific Contracting Conditions in preference to these General Conditions when it seems appropriate, announcing them in a timely manner.
INFORMATION PRIOR TO RECRUITMENT
OCENAV informs that the user can have access to the conditions of sale by clicking on the section conditions of sale.
In the same way, the user declares to be of legal age and have the legal capacity and to act necessary for accessing the OCENAV websites and contracting through them. The user is responsible for dealing confidentially and responsibly with the identity and password obtained in the registry as a client, not being able to assign them to another. The execution of an order in OCENAV supposes the acceptance by the client of these legal conditions. No stipulation made by the customer may differ from those stipulated here if it has not been expressly accepted previously and in writing by OCENAV ONLINE
An order is not final until it is accepted by OCENAV ONLINE.
Accepting these conditions of sale you give us your consent to send the electronic invoice of the material acquired via email to the email address provided by you.
OPERATION OF THE SALE
1.- AVAILABILITY AND PRICES:
Quick and convenient purchase. With a single click you can, once the products are selected, start the purchase process. OCENAV guarantees the purchase price at the moment of placing the order, there being no variation between the order and the final invoice, which you can pay through our payment systems (Bank transfer, Credit card and PayPal) according to your preference .
Orders will be delivered within a maximum period of no more than 7 or 8 business days from the moment of execution and the previous payment / collection (payment made through VISA and Paypal on delivery, is immediate and made through Bank Transfer may take 2 days).
In the event that you can not serve any of the products selected by you, you will be notified of the new delivery period and in case of non-acceptance by the customer you will be refunded the corresponding amount in your account, using the same form of payment that you have used, within a period of less than 48 hours (2 business days).

Transportation costs and custom charges are borne by the customer and their value depends on the weight, volume, type of product and area.
The shipping cost (PORTES) is automatically sent when placing the order.
OCENAV will not send any product until the Administration Department has verified that the payment has been made. The delivery will be considered made at the moment in which the carrier has delivered the package or packages to the client and he has signed the delivery receipt document. It is up to the customer to verify the products upon receipt and expose all the anomalies in the delivery receipt document.
OCENAV undertakes to send the goods within a period not exceeding seven or eight days. Unless there are stock breakages, which the customer will always be informed and at any time may cancel the order with a corresponding return of money if that were the case.
The delivery times indicated by OCENAV are indicative and OCENAV strives to respect them, as they not only depend on us but also on the transport companies. However, your delay will not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation. Any clause of penalty for delay introduced by the client in his order is without effect by the application of point 1a. of these legal conditions.
OCENAV reserves the right to send them by the means it deems appropriate if necessary to fulfill its commitments. The shipping price varies according to weight, volume, type of product and area. The shipping cost (PORTES) is automatically released when placing the order.

4.- RETURNS AND GUARANTEES:
OCENAV will not accept returns after 15 calendar days from the date of receipt. In the case of the return occurring within this period, the client will bear the direct costs of the return.
OCENAV will not be responsible for the costs of delivery under warranty. They will be paid by the customer.
OCENAV will not accept returns if the product is not presented in perfect conditions.
OCENAV will not accept returns if the packaging of the product is not the original and these are not in perfect condition. The original packaging must be protected in such a way that it is received in perfect conditions, and the use of seals and adhesive tapes is prohibited.
All returns must be authorized by OCENAV ONLINE. To do this, the customer must request from OCENAV by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org a return authorization number (RMA number) stating the reason for the return and the invoice or order number.
Once the customer has received the RMA number he will send the products to the address specified by Ocenav.
5- OUR PRODUCTS
The guarantees of the products are those established by Ocenav and are specified in the manuals of our products. The customer is bound by the terms and conditions specified in these warranties. The guarantee is applied as long as the product is used under normal operating conditions determined by the manufacturers.
OCENAV is not obliged to indemnify the user or third parties for the consequences of the use of the product, whether direct or indirect damages, accidents suffered by people, damage to property outside the product, loss of profit or loss of profit, damages that come from a deterioration or loss of data.
